Shipping & Delivery

Free shipping is valid on all domestic orders.

For International buyers, shipping charges will be applied additionally on the products and shall be delivered through registered international courier companies after getting proper feedback from the customer.

Orders are dispatched within 3 working days or as per the delivery date specified at the time of placing the order. Most orders are delivered within 3 to 5 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned at the time of placing the order.

The shipping charge is specified separately for every product. For multiple orders the programme adds up the total of all individual shipping charges. Thus, a customer who orders three products is charged the total of all individual delivery charges associated with each product. Thus the delivery fee is calculated separately when a customer orders different products.

Tracking numbers are emailed to the address as well as by sms to the registered mobile number which was entered when order was placed, as soon as the package leaves our warehouse. Please contact us, if you have not received your tracking information within 48 hours of your order.

The expected delivery date is available at the Checkout stage of the online order, and on the subsequent Order Confirmation email. These can also be found by logging into the account. If your items have different delivery dates, you can choose multiple deliveries or wait and have everything delivered at the same time. If you choose multiple deliveries, we will send the remainder of the items as soon as they are in stock and you will only pay for the first delivery.

Shree Fashionistaa will not be liable if there is any delay in delivery by the courier company and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company within 10 working days from the date of the order.

Shree Fashionistaa is not responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer in any manner whatsoever.

On returning of any product/s, the shipping charges will not be borne by Shree Fashionistaa and should be sent by prepaid post only.
